Menards complex
One of the biggest home improvement retailers in the nation is advancing with its arrangement to convey another area to the Dayton territory. Menards will kick things off the following spring on another area in Fairborn, its fourth store in the Miami tm menard Valley. Miamisburg-based Oberer Realty Services said the store will be built on 21 sections of land inside the Valle Greene North advancement possessed by the firm. The 248,000-square-foot Menards complex will open at 1227 E. Dayton Yellow Springs Road in Fairborn. The measure of the exchange was not unveiled.
